Job Summary for the Operations Manager

The primary function of this position is to oversee the schedule and delivery of field-based projects from start to finish. This will include managing timelines to meet contract deadlines while also ensuring client satisfaction and budget goals are being met. This individual must be able to work collaboratively between various internal groups to help facilitate and coordinate timely job completion, all while ensuring the customer is engaged and happy with the progress and final product.

Essential Functions of the Operations Manager

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for all active projects, ensuring targets are being met
  • Oversee all service calls and maintenance requests
  • Oversee process of managing Assembly Item Price Book
  • Manage client-facing accounts receivable matters
  • Manage vendor-facing accounts payable matters
